Defining the ASSET Scenarios

This research note defines the scenarios for the research on adaptive security to be used
for the Internet of Things in healthcare systems. We start by extending previously defined
generic models. Based on these, we develop a home scenario for patients with chronic diseases using biomedical sensors, and a hospital scenario including examination, surgery,
pre- and post-operative procedures. These elements are then used to create two storylines: (a) a chronic patient living at home; and (b) a hospital patient undergoing surgery
and recovery
