Social Robots in Therapy for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder: Some findings from the literature

This note provides a summary of several articles discussing the use of social robots in different forms of therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We provide some information about ASD and the possible economic burden of caring for children with ASD. We then highlight six different articles (five academic articles, one a Norwegian news report) that discuss different studies involving robots and children with autism spectrum disorder.
