EUX2010sec project - Final report (Project 180054/S10, Norges forskningsråd)

This document represents the final report from the research project having the acronym EUX2010sec. The project has been partly funded by Norges forskningsråd (The Research Council of Norway) under the Verdikt-program as project number 180054/S10. This report gives some background information, presents the research goals as they were expressed in the application to this research project.
